Building Migadde Catholic Parish.
Thus far are on-going activities to transition from a sub-parish to a parish status, to accommodate the functions that come with the elevation, with the guidance of the Archdiocese of Kampala. The activities are in two categories; interim short term, and long term activities.

A more landscaped parking yard, and greenery for a Natural look.
Expansion works begin
An annex to accommodate more Christians while Church programs go on.
Liturgical activities and sacraments.
School Masses, home and sick visits, sacrament administering (penance, Holy Eucharist etc), weekly & Sunday Mass, .
Liturgical items (receive & donate).
Sacred vessels (chalice, ciborium, monstrance)
Liturgical Vestments and altar linens
Church premises & Scenery.
Restructuring and expansion, electricity connection, digging water source, water pump, tanks/reservoirs, sound system, parish offices at wing, fencing, Tabernacle
Interim short term activities include:
1. Items and infrastructure used at Mass and Liturgies
a. Tabernacle (donated by a parishioner)
b. Items for devotion and /sacramentals (donated by parishioners)
2. Infrastructure for increased participants in liturgy
a. Expansion of one wing of the church.
b. Temporal parish offices to be appended to the expansion
3. Church Furniture
a. Plastic Chairs for Annex
4. Church scenery
a. Land scaping and car park
b. Road Sign post
5. Presbytery – Guest wing of the priests House completed
Long term activities include:
Building of the Priest’s house
Renovation of the primary school at the parish premises
Building and Installation of gates at parish premises
Fencing off the remaining part of the parish premises and school
Landscaping of the church compound
Development of a designated parking area
Development of the sports grounds (volley ball, basketball, football, netball)
Compound leveling, drainage, and walkways
Putting a medical facility to help the community access medical services
Putting up a secondary school to serve the community
Tree planting and beautification of the parish surroundings
